In addition to being a purchase- and selling broker, Mick is our independent mortgage advisor. After becoming qualified as a real estate agent, he was soon hired by clients due to his construction engineering knowledge and straightforward way of communicating. Now he has built a beautiful company which focuses on services, rather than sales and with one goal: to help nice people all day long.

He is the father of Bobbie, the official AREA office dog, and a self-proclaimed coffee addict. Fun fact: Mick excels in silly word jokes.

If you come to view a home from our portfolio, chances are the ever-cheerful Stephanie will be the one to open the door. As a selling agent with a background in styling, Stephanie ensures the optimal sales result: happy buyers and sellers alike.

Fun fact: viewings with Stephanie often last twice as long, as she takes the opportunity to style the home together with prospective buyers.

PURCHASE BROKER

Part of “the Stephanies” - the second Stephanie joined the team in early 2020. After selling her hospitality company, she wasted no time in completing all the necessary steps to become a sworn and registered real estate agent.

Fun fact: selling agents admit they pay extra attention to getting their files in perfect order when they know Stephanie is coming by as a purchasing agent.

Ottelie is our rock - in her role as manager, she effortlessly keeps an overview of all ongoing cases and knows exactly what’s going on, down to the smallest details. As an all-round agent, she excels in both buying and selling, with her sharp eye, impressive memory, and contagious cheerfulness making all the difference.

She is the proud mom of Olijfje, the dachshund, who is every bit as charming as her owner. Fun fact: Olijfje considers it her personal mission to protect our office from any dogs walking past.

With fifteen years of real estate experience, Andrew knows Amsterdam and its surroundings like the back of his hand - from bustling Weesp to charming Amstelveen. He tells it like it is, keeps a close eye on every detail, and guides clients with a healthy dose of humor through one of the most exciting moments in their lives.

In his free time, he loves exploring parks with his dog Pippi, reading thrillers, and cooking up a storm. Fun fact: according to Andrew, you can never have too many cookbooks (though his bookshelf might disagree).
